IC INTRACOM Launches Partner Plus For Independent PC Retailers and VARs
Independent computer retailers, value added resellers, and network integrators who resell MANHATTAN, and INTELLINET ACTIVE NETWORKING products are now eligible to receive a wide array of benefits through this program. Resellers can join Partner Plus! at the Gold, Platinum or Diamond levels based on projected sales goals.
February 23, 2004--IC INTRACOM, worldwide manufacturer and marketer of PC components, accessories and networking products, has launched its Partner Plus Authorized Reseller Program. Independent computer retailers, value added resellers, and network integrators who resell MANHATTAN, and INTELLINET ACTIVE NETWORKING products are now eligible to receive a wide array of benefits through this program. Resellers can join Partner Plus! at the Gold, Platinum or Diamond levels based on projected sales goals.
Partner Plus specifically focuses on the needs of the locally owned computer reseller. So many of the major suppliers overlook this vital segment of the channel where as we cater to it exclusively, said Steve Isler, Vice President of Sales for IC INTRACOM USA. Our Partner Plus program has been built from the ground up to meet the needs of our own customer base. So we already know weve hit the hot buttons these companies have been searching for.
Partner Plus Authorized Resellers will have immediate access to IC INTRACOM's technical support knowledge database, replacement product cross shipments, freight allowances, as well as a 90-day stock rotation plan. Partner Plus members benefit from marketing support including product catalogs, brochures, posters, data sheets and promotional items. Partner Plus members will receive ongoing sales and technical training through computer-based or instructor-led training at IC INTRACOM headquarters located in Tampa, Florida.
IC INTRACOM serves approximately 40,000 computer resellers and distributors in more than 70 countries worldwide via a network of master distribution centers located in Argentina, China, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Spain, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Uruguay and the United States.
The Partner Plus Program will be rolled out to U.S. resellers starting this month. The program will be launched in Europe at CeBIT, the worlds largest computer industry tradeshow, to be held in Hannover, Germany next month.
