Hillstone Software releases version 2.0.4 of Invoice Manager - invoicing and accounting software for small and medium business and sole traders.

Hillstone Software has announced the release of version 2.0.4 of “Invoice Manager” - an invoicing, billing and accounting application for small and medium business and home based business owners.

This invoicing program saves money for small business owners as it eliminates the need to hire a full time accountant and to buy expensive full blown accounting software.

Invoice Manager allows a person with no accounting background to easily create service and product invoices, quotations, credit notes, customer statements, delivery notes, record payments from customers.

This program is suitable for many if not all types of firms and companies who either offer services or sell products.

The new version has several improvements to the user interface, such as the ability to run the program in full screen maximized mode. The new version also has improvements to German language user interface.

Developer of the program, Hillstone Software, has focused on intuitive user interface but they have also added many advanced featues, such as multi-company support, product stock control with barcode support, Sending email and printed letters to customers, emailing invoices as PDF or html attachments, customized invoice layout with company logo graphics.

Much effort has also been put into program localization. Invoice Manager is offered with customized TAX names (VAT, GST, etc) and tax rates configuration for 29 different countries. The programs user interface language and document language can be changed on the fly between English, French, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Dutch.

Recognizing that small businesses are under financial pressure, the cost of the program has been reduced.

Invoice Manager is offered at a price of 25 Euro or 40 US dollars for a single computer license.
