May 11, 2004 -- System administrators are always looking for ways to simplify their day to day tasks. Anything that adds automation and saves time is a bonus and allows additional revenue and the ability to spend time on more important things.

HostDesk.net is launching a new line of tools to help automate these tasks. The first ServeMonitoR 2.1 provides detailed statistics about your server in easy to understand MRTG style graphs. Simple to install and configure, it provides information on processor usage, individual processes, memory usage and much more.

HostDesk.net have also released DomainWatcheR. This program allows the user to specify a folder to watch. Any new folders created will have a specific set of files copied to this folder. Useful for users of Control Panel software such as Helm (from WebHost Automation), this allows products such as forums to be installed when a domain is created.

HostDesk.net is developing even more products to provide solutions to system administrators. Upcoming products in the works include ServU-WatcheR, ResNotifieR and HelmMonitoR.

HelmTastic has partnered with HostDesk.net so that these products can be added to our ever-expanding hosting software catalogue. In addition, the partnership enables us to provide discounts of up to 25%
