GAO Launches 2.45GHz RFID Wristband Active Tag

Toronto, Canada - GAO RFID Inc. (www.GAORFID.com) now offers an active RFID Wristband Tag (GAO 127006). It is an intelligently designed wristband type tag for localization of personnel with active RFID technology and is widely used for personnel, patient or baby tracking in hospitals, care centers, or other institutions (such as schools, offices, sports centers).
The innovative 0.18-micrometer CMOS integrated circuits allow for the tag’s compact, convenient size and ultra-low power consumption. This tag is integrated within soft, durable material and rigid waterproof housing.
With disassembly and break-resistance functions, it is fundamentally suitable for people in needs of special care or strict protection. If the tag comes to be broken or opened without approval or permission, it immediately sends alarm signals to the administrator. Further, the Wristband Tag also has an emergency call button for urgent assistance, a wearer just need simply press the button, and the administrator can determine the wearer’s exact location easily.

• Patients and personnel are traced via a wristband tag with a SOS button.
• Wristband tag with two sensors to detect the body temperature and ambient temperature.
