Fastream NETFile Web/FTP Server 8.2.5 release

Today, Fastream released version 8.2.6 of NETFile Server. This is a combination of FTP and web servers with the following features:

Secure, ultra-fast FTP server and robust multi-threaded Web server for Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista, featuring XML-based GUI remote 2-level administration scheme, CGI/ISAPI, separate upload/download speed limits, storage quotas, dynamic DNS, and compression. The easiest NT-based server!

FTP server DoS vulnerability fixed
New HTML layout with customizable font colors and size in folder listing
HTTP file manager now supports UTF-8 (Unicode)
Digest auth strenghened against DoS attack

Trial period reset in this version so that old trial users can retry
Multiple GUIs can be opened on the same computer for multi server monitoring
HTTP/1.1 digest secure authentication implemented
FTP QUIT/ABOR bug fixed
HTTP cookie bug has been fixed

Classic Features of NETFile FTP/Web Server
FXP-enabled FTP and thread-pooled multi-threaded HTTP 1.1 server fulfilling 100Mbps Ethernet (observed on AMD Athlon XP 2000+ and Windows® XP and 2003) with 4000 max. concurrent users for each server port
Built-in Dynamic DNS (dyndns.org & no-ip.com) IP updater
Country/domain/IP-address filter keeps intruders away
CGI/1.1 (Common Gateway Interface) and ISAPI/6.0 (MS Internet Server API) implementation with support for PHP and other script interpreters as well as pure CGI executables and ISAPI DLLsDisk storage quotas (per user/group; in both FTP and HTTP)
FTP server complies to RFCs 959, 1579, 2389, mlst, ftpmd5 with optional FXP disabling for extra security and anti-hammering for FTP hack prevention
Bandwidth limits for web domains at user granularity with separate settings for upload and download
Virtual File System (VFS) feature for serving all network drives from a single IP and mapping out-of-root folders automatically and easily
Multiple admin users with different levels of delegated permissions to administrate web domains and FTP users
