EV SSL selected as a best practice to keep taxpayers safe from phishing sites

The Commissioner's Office will employ EV SSL on its website in a concerted effort to heighten its online security and protect Carroll County residents from fraud and theft of personal information such as social security numbers and telephone numbers.
