E-Interactive Gift and Loyalty Card Solution

We at PSI have continually looked to change with the times and to stay abreast of technology in our business of printed plastic cards. For years we heard the same thing. We would love to sell gift cards though we have no software to sell with it or to be able to utilize gift cards. So with that thought 2 years ago the task began. We went searching, found a few suppliers though nothing could meet our customer demands. keep in mind our philosophy is to listen, listen, and listen. What you gain is insight to the market and what people are crying for.

So we first developed EinsteinRewards which was strictly a PC, and or Web application to offer gift and loyalty cards. The application was created with Gift Cards, Loyalty Cards and Merchandise Return Cards as its main focus, with e-mail delivery capabilities to the mass database, as well as reporting to meet the retailers demands. EinsteinRewards.com was an instant hit.

Second generation was created with the insight from a gentleman that was a prime distributor to the convenient marts and gas stations that we know today What I quickly learned led me to my next application. Bill explained to me that 70% of the customers who purchase fuel pay at the pump. Problem is: They never walk inside the store. Store owners are losing a captive audience. Problem being we need then inside the store.
Task was to offer a solution with very little foot print, need to be able to issue and redeem gift and loyalty cards, print a receipt and maintain database in an instant.

Solution: the development and final design of EinsteinRewards 3750, A complete, total solution that runs from a VeriFone Omni 3750 credit card terminal. Offer all of the benefits of a gift and loyalty program from a small counter to unit, while allowing administrative rights by the store manager via his Back Office PC or Home PC. While even granting the customer access to His or Her Account balance of points and stored value from home as well.
