Online Media Technologies Ltd. today releases AVS DVD Player 1.5, the next update to the free solution for playing back DVDs and various video files. Apart from most key formats support such as DVD (PAL, NTSC, VCD, SVCD), AVI, MPEG (including Xvid, DviX), MPEG1, MPEG2, QT, 3GP, WMV, the update now handles the playback of audio files that makes the AVS DVD Player 1.5 a truly universal player combining the full set of features for comfortable movie watching with the an easy navigation interface through the context menu.
In addition to DVD movies and various video files support for the playback AVS DVDPlayer 1.5 now allows you also to play your audio files. You can also choose now one of AVS DVD Player 18 presets for displaying audio data to make audio listening more dynamic and impressive.
Thanks to the implementation of the customizable aspect ratio feature the new version provides you with more flexibility in adjusting aspect ratio of the movie watched. Now you can select 16:9, 3:4 or apply your own original, unique settings.
The free package also features more presets that enable you to set your audio for listening it in your particular powerful multichannel audio system. AVS DVD Player 1.5 now supports wider range of various speaker configurations.
For more your comfortable movie viewing we made it possible for you to stretch and position the screen window, hide or activate control panel and playlist window as you wish.
Another convenient change in AVS DVD Player 1.5 is the ability to create .pls or .m3u playlists. Once you organized your favorite songs in a playlist, you needn't look for them in different folders any more that is handy and time-saving.

AVS DVD Player 1.5 is a region free software that allows you to play all region DVDs on all DVD drives even if you changed region code several times.
