DiscountASP.NET First Web Hoster to Launch Graphics Server .NET Charting Component

Graphics Server .NET 2.0 Available to DiscountASP.NET Customers for Free

SEATTLE, WA August 4, 2004 -– Charting technology leader, Graphics Server Technologies, LP announces a partnership with DiscountASP.NET, the first web hosting company to offer the Graphics Server .NET charting technology to its shared hosting customers.

Through this partnership, DiscountASP.NET offers Graphics Server .NET v2 – Web Hosting Edition on their ASP.NET hosting platform for use by all their hosting customers at no additional cost. Developers can download the component from the Graphics Server web site for local testing and development and then simply upload their ASP.NET application to the DiscountASP.NET server environment.

Graphics Server .NET 2.0, released in July 2004, continues over 14 years of charting technology for the Graphics Server line of Windows software components. Graphics Server technology was bundled with Microsoft Visual Basic Professional when first released, and has been OEMed by many other leading software companies including Cognos, Borland, ESRI and Enterprise Blocks.
