Direct Foreign Exchange Inc Appoints New President

March 5, 2004 -- Direct Foreign Exchange Inc (Direct FX) announced today that it had appointed Larry Wentz President and Director of the organization. Jonathan Bloch Chairman of Direct Foreign Exchange Inc commented “We believe that the business will expand rapidly now that we have appointed a foreign exchange specialist as President. Larry comes with decades of experience in the business.”

Larry Wentz has over 20 years of experience in the area of e-commerce business development. As the president and founder of Waldron Management Services, he developed the first multi-bank foreign exchange trading platform, FX FOX. At the end of 1999, he sold Waldron Management and FX FOX to a group of investors who renamed the company Currenex, moving the service to the Internet and re-naming it FXTrades. Wentz remained with Currenex until 2003. Prior to starting Waldron Management, Wentz spent 15 years at Citibank in various capacities
