Each DVD can hold up to approximately 50,000 pages of paper, 8.5 x 11, eliminating boxes of storage. Imaging can permanently eliminate hard document storage all together. A few clicks of the mouse will provide instant access to all your documents. Your information can be sent via e-mail or taken on a CD/DVD. CD/DVD's has a life expectancy of 70 years minimum.
You also have the option of placing your files on a server which can be viewed through an FTP site.
