DataArt Expands Management Team to Focus on IT Solutions for Small and Medium Sized Businesses

New York, January 26, 2005. - Building on its success of 2004, DataArt announced the expansion of its management team with the appointment of Vica Vinogradova as VP of Corporate Communications and Vlad Gabriel as VP of Business Solutions.

DataArt, an offshore outsourcing software development company, has doubled its size and revenue in 2004, acquiring new key clients in the financial services industry. "We had two New Year resolutions: to become the top offshore IT provider serving the needs of the SMB sector, and to expand our network of academic, professional and media partners", said Eugene Goland, the president of DataArt. "We are happy that our team was strengthened by these two key executives as we are focusing on our new objectives, specifically in the financial services industry".

Vinogradova is a Graduate of NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program, and brings a decade of international marketing and IT experience. She has served as Director of Onsite Marketing for the 1994 TBS/Goodwill Games; Director of Marketing & Advertising for the Kremlin Cup tennis tournament and has contributed to the development of Sonicnet (now MTVi) and AOL Digital City. She is also an adjunct professor of Public Relations at Hunter College, CUNY.

Gabriel has broad experience in the project management of corporate software solutions. He has overseen custom software development projects for large manufacturing and transportation organizations including the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, Volvo Car UK, Interleasing Ltd. (subsidiary of General Motors) and Russian Ministry of Railways. He was a CTO of Digital Design UK in London., and an architect of the award-winning DataVision product prior to that. Gabriel holds Master's Degree in Mathematics from the Tomsk University.
