Cyber I.C.U. ® Expands repair service to Playstation2® and X-Box®

Cyber I.C.U. a computer service company in the Shreveport/Bossier City area (Louisiana), has expanded its services to include repairs of Sony Playstation2® and Microsoft X-Box®.

(January 21 2004--Cyber I.C.U. a computer service company has expanded product lines and gone nationwide as one of the few repair stations for Sony Playstation2® and Microsoft X-Box® games in the country.

With over 22-Million of these game units sold in North America, there are very few repair locations other than the manufacturer. As a result, repair costs are high and it takes 2-3 weeks to have the unit returned.
Rodney Brundrett, president and owner, of Cyber I.C.U. is an avid gamer and found it frustrating to obtain parts and repairs for gaming units. As a result, Mr. Brundrett focused company resources on design & construction research of the game units and now possesses the expertise to bring these units back to life! With parents and gamers investing roughly $200 in the game units and $30-$60 per game to keep children and family entertained, repairs for a broken unit are essential!

The team at Cyber I.C.U. has repaired multiple units in the local market and restored them to their original, playable condition. Cyber I.C.U. has also extended its service nationwide through their website www.cybericu.com and receives 10-20 units per week for repairs. Cyber I.C.U. has also setup a satellite “drop off” station in the Houston area and is presently arranging similar locations in New Orleans and Dallas.

“We know the frustration parents feel when the game they purchased for children doesn't work; especially if the unit was purchased for Christmas or Birthday.
