CopperSite Wi-Fi Hotspots Takes Renner Automotive Wireless; Raises the Bar on Customer Service
With the addition of a CopperSite Wi-Fi Hotspot, customers may now surf the Internet and send email wirelessly from their laptop computers or PDAs while waiting for service on their Kia or Mitsubishi vehicle. Milwaukee, WI July 22, 2004 -- CopperSite Wi-Fi Hotspots and Renner Automotive have teamed to give new meaning to the term customer service. For over 75 years, Renner Automotive has been known as a leader in customer service and today is no different. With the remodeling of the new Kia dealership at 1801 N. Mayfair Rd in Wauwatosa, Renner customers now have access to the latest technology, a CopperSite Wi-Fi Hotspot.
Wi-Fi, short for wireless fidelity, can be thought of as a wireless high-speed connection to the Internet and a Hotspot is a location where Wi-Fi is available.
Customers may now surf the Internet and send email wirelessly from their laptop computers or PDAs while waiting for service on their Kia or Mitsubishi vehicle. This means they can stay connected with the office, clients or vendors. They can stay productive, occupied, up on the news or just entertained.
I dont like waiting around and neither do our customers, says Joe Renner, President of Renner Automotive. We listened to our customers and found out theyre already using wireless at home and work, so it was an easy decision to offer it here. Wi-Fi allows our customers to remain productive and that keeps them happy.
The Wi-Fi Hotspot is configured for free access and only allows authorized users onto the system. Upon connecting to the Internet, the users web browser is seamlessly redirected to a special Renner Automotive log-in page. Before continuing, the user must enter a unique passcode which is available from the cashier.

The CopperSite Wi-Fi Hotspot system is a very flexible platform available in multiple configurations that can be used in almost any public or private access location such as restaurants, hotels, waiting rooms, conference rooms, apartment buildings and more. MORE THAN JUST WIRELESS INTERNET
A CopperSite Wi-Fi Hotspot is more than just wireless Internet access. Hotspot users need to log-in before they can access the Internet, which means they will also need to see the Hotspot owners advertisement page. This provides the Hotspot owner with a unique opportunity to build customer loyalty by using this page to conduct surveys or to offer customers special email coupons.
The customer loyalty program can even be extended to include offline opportunities. Paper forms are provided for customers not using the Wi-Fi Hotspot so they may sign-up for email promotions. CopperSite will then manually add the customer to the email list. The system can be tailored to fit almost any need and CopperSite will handle all data entry and email programming.
