Comodo appoint Jim Adamson to Advisory Board

Comodo Inc., a global leader in Internet assurance, authentication and security services, today announced the appointment of Jim Adamson to the Comodo Advisory Board.
Jims distinguished career has seen him serve in a wide range of high ranking positions including Chief Executive Officer; a NASA Astronaut and as a U.S. Army Colonel. He joins Comodo from Honeywell where he was president of Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. Jim has also had a long career in public service as well as considerable experience in the private sector providing strategic direction to leading aerospace companies. Specifically he brings more than a decade of strong leadership and an impressive record of success in achieving increased productivity through management and employee commitment to quality.
Prior to Honeywell, Jim was Chief Operating Officer of United Space Alliance, a $1.5B company, in charge of consolidating all of NASAs Space Shuttle and Space Station Operations Production and Maintenance under a single prime contractor for eventual privatization and commercialization. Previously, Jim was President and CEO of Lockheed Engineering and Sciences Company, a $350M engineering products and service company and was president of and owner of Monarch Precision and Monarch Arms Inc.
At NASA, Jim held leadership positions in management, operations and R&D from 1981 to 1992. In the early years of the Shuttle Program he was a research test pilot and flight controller and was selected as an astronaut in 1984.

Jim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1969. In 1977 he completed a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University.
