Chavez-Gray Consulting and Signatures Network Launch Proprietary Online Brand Management System
Chavez-Gray Consulting, a management and technology consulting firm providing services to the licensing industry, announced the successful launch of an online Brand Assurance System developed in partnership with Signatures Network, the leading entertainment licensing and event merchandising company.
San Francisco, CA February 2, 2004 -- Chavez-Gray Consulting (www.chavezgray.com), a management and technology consulting firm, has announced that it has launched its proprietary online Brand Management System with Signatures Network (SNI).
Developed specifically for the licensing industry, the Brand Assurance Systems self-service environment, which is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection, allows both licensees and licensors to manage the product development process with real-time visibility into the status of current submittals, as well as visibility into all product development over the life of the brand. As a result, the time to market is shortened, thereby increasing the window of opportunity for sales.
The BAS system has made the product approval system here at Apple a much smoother operation, proving itself to be fast and very efficient with virtually no teething problems, states Paul Cole of Apple Corps Limited, Licensing Director for The Beatles and Yellow Submarine. All the information regarding the status and history of each submittal is at my fingertips and instantly retrievable but still in a format that everyone is familiar with. BAS cuts down immensely on the volume of paperwork on desks and increases the time and energy that we are able to devote elsewhere.
SNI, who represents many top artists such as The Beatles, Shakira and KISS, launched their version of this online Brand Assurance System in July 2003.
