Designed for financial managers, investors, advanced students and financial professionals, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis Calculator is a capital budgeting calculator which simultaneously evaluates the cash flow series of 14 different investment projects against five discount rates for each project.
Users will appreciate the calculator's enhanced design, quick cash flow entry, "Quick Start" help which allows them to quickly begin performing discounted cash flow analysis and the ease with which different cash flow scenarios may be compared.
For each of 14 cash flow series, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis Calculator computes the following values: Initial Investment, Smallest Cash Flow, Largest Cash Flow, Cash Flow Range, Average Cash Flow, Number of Cash Flows, Undiscounted Sum of Cash Flows, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Undiscounted Payback Period.
At the same time, using five user-defined, discount rates for each of the 14 capital budgeting projects, Discounted Cash Flow Analysis Calculator computes the following results for each cash flow series: Net Present Value (NPV), Net Future Value (NFV), Net Uniform Series (NUS), Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR), Present Worth Cost, Present Worth Revenue, Benefit/Cost Ratio, and Present Value Ratio.
Discounted Cash Flow Analysis Calculator is designed for Windows® 95, 98, ME, NT4, 2000, XP Home and XP Professional. New features in this version include an improved user interface with quicker cash flow entry, each cash flow series can include up to 3600 individual cash flows, a larger screen layout and larger font size for ease of viewing, a glossary of cash flow analysis terms and "Quick Start" help for first time users.
