CTI Group Announces Successful Deployment of a Full Service Contact Center Solution BroadSoft’s Newly Acquired M6 Platform
Reaching full interoperability and certification with the BroadSoft M6 application earlier this year, CTI Group’s applications are taking the VoIP market by storm, showing success in vertical-based applications. CTI Group’s products, SmartRecord IP for call recording and emPulse for ACD reporting, is web-based VoIP software that assist companies in managing their workforce by providing web-based telecommunications monitoring tools.
