CTI Group Announces Successful Deployment of a Full Service Contact Center Solution BroadSoft’s Newly Acquired M6 Platform

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - October 6, 2008 CTI Group, a global leader in the development of wireless and VoIP applications, announced today the successful partnership of CTI Group and the BroadSoft® M6 Communication Applications Server product line. This partnership allows for the development of an all-in-one contact center solution, to include feature enhancements such as call recording and ACD reporting. This partnership enables M6 customers to quickly develop features that enable them to appeal to a broader base of vertical customers.

Reaching full interoperability and certification with the BroadSoft M6 application earlier this year, CTI Group’s applications are taking the VoIP market by storm, showing success in vertical-based applications. CTI Group’s products, SmartRecord IP for call recording and emPulse for ACD reporting, is web-based VoIP software that assist companies in managing their workforce by providing web-based telecommunications monitoring tools.
