Research In Motion will present a keynote session on mobile connectivity at the upcoming 2008 Wireless & Mobile Expo and Conference, scheduled on July 15 & 16, 2008 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Canada.

The future of the mobile space can be found in greater integration with IT and Telecom platforms. A key element of this innovation is the convergence of data and voice requirements into a secure and manageable solution. What is the starting point for any organization that is looking to better understand the dynamics and reap the benefits of this new era in the mobile space? David Heit, Director, Enterprise Software Product Management at Research In Motion, will provide an overview of this space to help better understand the prerequisites and questions one has to consider to ensure meaningful and successful adoption.
David Heit has been with Research In Motion since 2000. He has evangelized and led BlackBerry efforts in new markets including sales force and field service automation. His current activities include leading a team dedicated to taking BlackBerry deeper in to the Enterprise including multi-media data and voice applications. Prior to his time at RIM, David spent 14 years with NCR Corporation and AT&T Global Information Solutions in Product Management, Sales Management and Consulting roles.
