Ascertia Limited has released PDF Sign&Seal v4.2.1, its world-class software for creating, signing, time-stamping and sealing PDF documents.

PDF Sign&Seal has been designed with busy business managers in mind and is packed with ease-of-use features such as signing remembered locations on one or more pages or multiple documents. It provides right-click integration with Windows Explorer and includes multi-lingual support including English,French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Slovenian, Romanian and Hungarian.

Some of the hot new features include support for PDF/A signatures and Tablet PC inking so that you can add a dynamic ink hand-written signature before digitally signing your document. The signature appearance designer now offers unrivalled control of how your digital signatures appear on a document. A new “drag&sign” feature allows users to drag, drop and create digital signatures at any chosen location on an opened PDF document.

Adobe rooted CDS certificates are used with automatic support for the relevant timestamp authority and validation data. CDS certificates and PDF Sign&Seal offer exceptional value for signing documents that must have an active trust lifetime of several years.

Other features such as watermarks, adding attachments (such as Word and Excel documents) and notes have been added. Overall it makes an ideal solution for managing the sign off, approval and encryption of PDFs in a very simple way. It is used by architects and engineers, governments, finance, legal and health professionals around the world.

PDF Sign&Seal version 4.2.1 is priced at EURO 95 (or USD equivalent) and is
available for 30 day trial or purchase at the company website.
