Kathleen Forden, of Idea Avenue, Inc. and Kathleen Gorden, of Arizona High Tech Talent Partnership (AZHTTP) today announced the formation of Forden Gorden Ventures, Inc., an Arizona-based corporation. Forden Gorden Ventures, Inc. is responsible for development and management of a series of new ventures utilizing the unique capabilities and talents available within Idea Avenue and Arizona High Tech Talent Partnership.

Chandler, Arizona (November 10, 2003)

Kathleen Forden, of Idea Avenue, Inc. and Kathleen Gorden, of Arizona High Tech Talent Partnership (AZHTTP) today announced the formation of Forden Gorden Ventures, Inc., an Arizona-based corporation. Forden Gorden Ventures, Inc. is responsible for development and management of a series of new ventures utilizing the unique capabilities and talents available within Idea Avenue and Arizona High Tech Talent Partnership.

These talented professionals became aware of the complementary nature of their businesses when they served together on several boards of directors. “Helping build these organizations allowed us to apply our business acumen in a non-competitive environment and build working relationships. As a result, we realized the value which each of us brought to the table.” Kathleen Forden stated.

“As independent consultants in Arizona’s high-tech industry, our businesses paralleled one another’s over the past several years,” Kathleen (Kathee) Gorden said, “We often attended the same events and meetings and we saw a unique opportunity to join forces to better serve our large and growing lists of clients.”

Development of the first venture has been ongoing in stealth mode for some time and has already made substantial progress. The launch of that venture should be announced within a few weeks. “We are extremely pleased with the pace of the development effort,” said Kathleen Forden. “By combining the programming, project management, systems engineering, and intellectual property development resources within the two companies, we have been able to substantially reduce the development cycle time,” added Kathee Gorden.
