Announcing Breathe-1:4:2 version 1.1

On behalf of Winique Software, Yeoh HS, who runs an IT consulting firm, is pleased to announce the release of "Breathe-1:4:2 version 1.1".

This program is a visual and audio aid to guide you during your breathing exercise. It is based on the breathing exercise described in the book "Unlimited Power", by the motivational guru, Anthony Robbins.

Guidance is by way of progress dialogs and sounds marking the beginning of each phase of breathing. In this breathing exercise you are to inhale for one count, hold your breath for four counts and then exhale for two counts. For example, if you inhale for 4 seconds, you hold your breath for 16 seconds and then exhale for 8 seconds. You can customize the sounds to be played.

This program is written completely in assembly language.
