AXIGEN Receives ISO Certification for Excellence in Quality Management

AXIGEN (http://www.axigen.com), the professional messaging solution vendor, announces today that it has recently received the ISO 9001: 2008 certification that confirms the company’s high standards of quality in software development and distribution, and in customer care services. The new certification positions AXIGEN as a more reliable business partner and offers an impartial validation of its professionalism and already existing quality standards.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS) requirements regarding an organization's ability to meet and improve upon their products and services quality. During the certification process, AXIGEN was required to show proof it had implemented the necessary standards and procedures to improve product and service quality on a regular, quantifiable and verifiable basis, while following a systematic approach to overall quality management.
