ADO++ now fully compatible with Exchange 2010

With ADO++ RP-Software offers a new software for the administration of users in Microsoft Active Directory/Exchange - environments. With the introduction of Exchange 2007, Microsoft separated the administration of the Exchange attributes of an Active Directory object from the ADUC MMC (Active Directory Users and Computers Management Console) to the Exchange 2007 Management Console. In addition, with the Exchange 2007 some administrative features could only be managed with the Power Shell. This separation is often not useful. The Active Directory Account Administrator can not see whwther the account has a mailbox, the Exchange administrator can't see the AD account group membership.

With ADO++, Exchange and Active Directory administrators can now manage again both parts with one tool. ADO++ provides administration of all important account and Exchange attributes of a user, group, or contact, including mailboxpermissions and SendAs/ReceiveAs-rights.

ADO++ was created to offer its users a fast ergonomic interface of objects to be processed. ADO++ provides the user with the object information in the LDAP structure of the AD, or in a flat structure, compared to the global address list from Outlook.

ADO++ is available in two versions: The Special Edition is installed on a pc and is configured in a few minutes to be ready for use. Only a AD domain controller must be specified.

The ADO + + full version has its own user management, the configuration data is stored in a SQL database. This allows the administrator to delegate parts of the administration of the AD objects and attributes to the Exchange an ADO++ user.
All changes on objects and attributes are logged by ADO++ in the SQL database (old value of the attribute, new value, processing, date..). This logging also affects the Exchange mailbox permissions. Reports of the data can be generated.

The newest version of ADO++ is fully compatible to Exchange 2010. It uses Remote Powershell to manage the Exchange features. So no management tools need to be installed. Managing Exchange 2010 from 32 bit os is now possible. Additionally ADO++ has a GUI for the new Exchange 2010 RBAC features.

ADO++ has now got the Microsoft Windows 7 compatibility logo.
