ABF Wallpaper Changer is specialty software for PC wallpaper aficionados and other folks who are tired of seeing the same old desktop wallpaper every day. Other features ABF Wallpaper Changer offers include an option to specify picture background color or use the automatic background color calculation. Also, the application takes up very little resources and does not affect PC in any noticeable way.
