9Rays Russian R&D Department detaches into an independent company.
"The main idea of this initiative is not to sever relations with 9Rays.Net, but to provide auspicious conditions for a more intensive promotion of a group pf products under our own brand, yet retaining close partnership with 9Rays.Net," explained Mr. Andrey Mazurov, the head of the Russian R&D department, "such reorganization will let us optimize the process of development and company resource allocation as well as avoid the so-called teething troubles' which are inevitable in a fast growing business."
In the short run, the companies schedule to announce a new brand - Perpetuum Software. Such world-known products as Report Sharp-Shooter, a powerful reporting engine, OLAP ModelKit, a pivot table component, Instrumentation ModelKit and some other software products will be marketed as products by Perpetuum Software.
The new Perpetuum Software's corporate web site has already been developed and is ready for launch. Besides that, the executives of Perpetuum Software are to reconsider the licensing policy to make it more optimal and hence more convenient for both individual developers and corporate customers of any size.
The representatives of both companies assure that this restructuring will not affect 9Rays' current clients in any way. The quality of support provided will remain on the same high level; the inquiries related to Perpetuum Software and its products will be promptly readdressed to an appropriate representative within Perpetuum Software, all complex issues will be dealt with individually as it was before.
9Rays.Net, Inc will continue the development of develop tools and software solutions for .NET Windows Forms, Web Forms and Widows Mobile. New versions of such products as Spices.Net and FlyGrid.Net are scheduled for release this year. The new version of FlyTreeView.Asp.Net has already been presented. 9Rays.Net, Inc intends to extend its presence on the developer tools market by releasing new localization, licensing and protection tools. The company also plans to announce a new product for the modeling tools category.
In the nearest future, 9Rays.Net, Inc will present a new CMS integrated into 9Rays' corporate web site to provide an even higher level of customer support and guidance.
9Rays.Net, Inc and Perpetuum Software will continue cooperation both in the sphere of new industry solutions development and the sphere of co-marketing and product promotion. "Being two independent companies from the organizational view point, we keep unified in the effort to provide to our existing and future customers all the conditions for successful cooperation," assert Perpetuum Software sales team representatives.
