.R.I.S. and Case Logic Sign Partnership Agreement Case Logic will commercialize OEM versions of the I.R.I.S. Pen Scanner and Business Card Reader under the Case Logic brand

I.R.I.S. Group, a publicly traded company (Euronext: IRI), market leader in Automatic Document Recognition (ADR), Electronic Document Management (EDM), Archiving and Storage and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) today announced its partnership with Case Logic, a leading worldwide marketer of lifestyle-oriented accessories.

Delray Beach, FL – September 10, 2003 - Case Logic will release, beginning of September, two brand new products, the Case Logic Pen Scanner and the Case Logic Business Card Scanner. These two products are based on I.R.I.S. worldwide renowned OCR technology and have been specifically designed for Case Logic allowing the company to extend its storage and organization solutions to a software and hardware distribution activity.

Both products, marketed by Case Logic as “Powered by I.R.I.S.” will be distributed in Case Logic’s usual and large distribution network to IT resellers and to the mass retail in Europe.
