ESRI Import for AutoCAD reads points, polylines and polygons from ESRI shape files and creates corresponding points, polylines and polygons in the active AutoCAD drawing.
ESRI Import for AutoCAD is very easy to use. Once installed, it automatically loads itself into AutoCAD and adds a new submenu called "ESRIImport" to the AutoCAD menu.
