Photo Cutter is a free image cutter that allows you to cut digital photos free. It is a very easy to use photo software. Due to its design it is an extremely fast photo cutting tool. You can cut a large amount of images manually in few seconds. It supports various formats including jpg, bmp, gif, tiff, png, emf, wmf.


To cut photos you need to follow simple steps -

- Navigate to folder where your pictures are.
- Set output format and destination folder.
- Select portion of image you want to cut by moving mouse over it.
- Once selected, if preview is selected, you can view final image and decide to save or select again.
- If you want superfast photo cutting, uncheck preview, this will save photo as you select it and then move to the next photo.
