Needs no installation. One single executable that installs and uninstalls itself. Very simple user interface for novice users. Includes image viewer and image browser. It can also create thumb images in any dimensions and in any of the supported image types. Whent the program is launched at the first time it creates an icon on the desktop. Converts/resizes/crops single files or all files in a directory in batch operation. Annotation with text or overstamping with a smaller image. Unlimited number of annotations with different texts, images and fonts. Cropping with the mouse. Free image editor in 'what you see - what you get' style.
