Flash Clip Construction is a tool that allows you enhance digital pictures and FLASH-movies with various visual effects.

If you are a webmaster or just have your own website, Flash Clip Construction will help you to improve the web-site with stunning visual effects. Confetti, snow, paper airplanes, rainbow, and fireworks ? the Flash Clip Construction visual library contains all those effects.
The Flash Clip Construction has a user friendly interface. Just choose the picture or image on your computer and select a visual effect from library. The Flash Clip Construction tool will create a FLASH-movie that you can use as a digital postcard or put onto your web-site. The tool generates an HTML code that you can insert into your web-pages. Do not forget to put a FLASH-movie on
your website as well.
The library of visual effects is included. You will be able to fully customize supplied effects. It is your choice to decide the magnitude of the firework, to adjust colors of the rainbow and to determine the size of paper airplanes armada.
