Mp3 Ringtone Maker is a powerful but easy-to-use audio and ring tone audio converter tool. It builds audio cutter and ringtone converter in one software.
It can cut mp3 segment from most audio files such as MP3, WMA and WAV. What you need to do is play the song you want to cut, then mark the start time and the end time. You can also play the selected song before you save it.
It can convert most of the audio files (MP3, WMA, WAV) to the most popular ringtone format which can be played on mobile phones (e.g. Nokia mobiles etc.) - MP3 and AMR( AMR is a codec specially developed for GSM phones ).
With Mp3 Ringtone Converter, you can cut piece from a big audio file and then convert it to a MP3 or AMR file which can be used as ringtone. You can mark the cutting start-time/end-time just when pre-listening to the song and you can also listen to the selected song before save it.
