HochyMobily Ringtone Builder 1.0 Publisher's description
Small and useful program for ringtone building. Can convert your music files into the popular mp3 format. Basic effects and tools are included. Internal ID3 tags editor (v1 and v2), internal player, new encode options. Can import tags from source mp3 file and write to ringtone. Can apply basic effects: normalize, volume fade in, volume fade out. Ideal tools for your Nokia< Motorola, Sony Ericsson or other mobile phone.
Requirements: Win 32 / Win98/2000/XP/Vista
