popSmarts is the Smart Popup Killer with the smarts to allow desired popups and block only the unwanted ones, so normal browsing is completely uncompromised! DESIRED popups open normally and require NO additional steps to open! Plus, popups aren't gone forever, as with other popup killers. They're all saved in the popSmarts interface, ready to be opened with the double-click of an icon. popSmarts integrates directly into the Internet Explorer window as an Explorer Bar, giving room for a simple and intuitive user interface. Other popup killers try to cram all their controls into one little toolbar! Yet it's still fully integrated into IE, meaning NO jumping back and forth between applications - a common problem for popup killers that run from the system tray! The interface can be minimized out of your way, or stretched as large as you want. popSmarts makes it easy for novices, with a green-light on/off switch and large icons to easily access blocked popups. Advanced users can refine or modify the existing intelligence with flexible rules, and can display full popup information - including size, position, and more! popSmarts is also the most SECURE popup killer! Other popup killers use BHO (Browser Helper Object) technology. But BHOs are also used by adware, spyware, or can run a virus! Security-minded users can turn off all 3rd party software, including BHOs, with the IE security options. But, using Explorer Bar technology, popSmarts will still run SAFELY, even if the 3rd party software is TURNED OFF!
