Unlike search engines that show you long lists of links to follow one-by-one, Answers.com brings you organized information from over 100 content sources in a simple pop-up window, without interrupting your work. This latest release features AnswerTips, providing users with direct, concise answers on their desktop without opening a Web browser. Also included is our IE toolbar for Web-only version. Mac version available as a separate download.
Requirements: IE installed but does not need to be used
What's new in this version: Alt-Click on any word in any program on your screen for a pop-up window with a concise AnswerTip. This new feature won't interrupt your work, and if the concise Answer isn't enough, simply click on 'More' for the full collection of sources on that topic.
