Cortado Fax for BlackBerry 4.2 Publisher's description

Fax transmissions still play an important part in modern business communication. A fax is still excellently suited for putting lengthy documents on paper, such as from a hotel fax machine while travelling.

The Cortado Fax Premium provides you with a reliable and speedy fax service, allowing you to send faxes directly from your BlackBerry while on the go by using modern data networks. Forward e-mail attachments to any fax machine or create your own faxes on your BlackBerry. Access and read any e-mail attachment in true format as fax printout wherever you are with Cortado!

No setup fee! No page limitations! Fax as many and as lengthy documents you like!

The Cortado Fax Premium Service is a subscription-based service with a monthly flat fee. You need to download the Cortado Client onto your BlackBerry and connect to the Cortado Server for activating the service.

Supported devices

The Cortado Fax Premium Service can be used with BlackBerry handhelds with a firmware version 4.2 or higher. Furthermore, ONE of the following two requirements must be met to be able to connect to the Cortado hosting center and to use the Cortado services:

* You are connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) in your company*, AND/ OR
* Your handheld supports the BlackBerry Internet Browsing Service (BIS-B).
* For the BES to connect with the Cortado hosting center, the BES must be configured so that it can communicate outwardly via port 4001 and port 443. Please refer to your IT administrator.

Requirements: BlackBerry firmware version 4.2 or higher
