ActiPOINT of COMIREL offers a comprehensive call management and contact management. It supports variously initiating of calls and reading all calls.
ActiPOINT provides following telephony features: Third-Party-Conference, managing of 3 phones, line toggling, call redirection, call forwarding, lines/calls on hold.
The examination into content of the past calls leaves a professional impression to the interlocutor and permits to lead a discussion competently. ActiPOINT holds all important data of your contacts. Even before the listener was taken, it is presented who calls. Using the quick dial row a call can be initiated directly. - a call is exactly a click far. Dialling with a 'hot key" keyboard shortcut from any other application and adding the dialling options of ActiPOINT in other programs using the provided TSP (in Outlook for example) are parts of the integration ability.
In Interaction with ActiPOINTserver it can be build up a network capable call management system.
