FTP Droplet allows people to upload large video, sound and document files to their CMS without worrying about HTTP upload limits or PHP time-outs. It uses a simple FTP client to upload the file to the specified directory without giving access to other areas of the file system.

Users can only upload, they cannot download, move directory or do any other file manipulation so control stays entirely with the web developer - you don't have to worry about giving your users full FTP access just because they want to upload a few videos.
