Vocaroo Express is an elegant and easy to use tool for sending Voice Emails using your Windows PC email software such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail. Vocaroo Express is mind blowingly simple to use, with help messages to guide you each step of the way (all three of them!). Just click to record, click to stop, and click to send! Your Voice Message is then automatically attached to an email message in your normal email software, allowing you to use your address book and choose recipient addresses as you would with any other email!
