Auto Mail Sender 3.20

Auto Mail Sender (AMS) is used to send emails automatically at anytime and any frequency as you expect, it satisfies all your mailing requirements. You can set automatic sending time yearly, monthly (contains last day and serial number (contains last) of weekday), weekly, daily and specific date and time. AMS provides all the traditional mail elements/functions and some distinctive elements/functions such as sending mail via the proxy server, WYSIWYG HTML mail editor, read receipt receiver, senders/reply receivers list, virtual sender/reply receiver/sending time, selecting receivers from the txt/csv/xls files and the Outlook Express address book, saving recipients to txt/csv/xls files, sending emails one by one, and so on. You can inform yourself or others, submit work logs or documents, and send the routine business emails, surely, make ads and greet your family members or friends at their important day (for instance: birthday) through use of AMS.

What's new in this version: Can send mails successfully via all (E)SMTP servers (formerly AMS can not send mails via a few (E)SMTP servers which require the URL address authentication. Supports unlimited large attachment(s). The monthly schedule supports last day and serial number (contains last) of weekday. Supports input prompt for [To/CC/BCC] fields. Supports managing the listing of input prompt. Added preferences options: default startup position, mail format, encoding, font name, font size. Supports exporting/importing mail templates. Gives the prompt when change mail format from rich text to plain text. Optimized the 'Find' function - gives prompt when current focus is not in the input area.
