If you have the same email address or contact information in different contact folders of Outlook, Public Duplicate Eraser will find this duplicates. As special for serial mails or mail merge, this function is very helpful to avoid your mailing to send the same email a few times to the same receiver. You can manage individual "Comparison criteria". Every type of folder (Contact, tasks, email etc.) have different Comparison criteria. Public Duplicate Eraser supports this different criteria’s. You can delete automatically the list of dupes or you can confirm the deletion manually for every single duplicate item. If you manage different Task folders for different users, you can search for duplicate tasks for different users.
