PoliteMail turns Microsoft Office Outlook into an email marketing machine. Create, send & track personalized, 1:1 email messages from your own authentic email server. Create attractive HTML email newsletters and direct email campaigns, build and manage your mailing lists, track who opens, clicks and forwards your email, all without ever leaving your Outlook inbox. It's easy to learn and simple to use. No monthly fees. You can try it free. No IT involvement is necessary to get PoliteMail up and running, and it only takes about half and hour to get going.
PoliteMail adds professional email marketing capabilities to your version of Microsoft Office Outlook. Why pay monthly fees just to send email to lists? You already know how to use Outlook, and PoliteMail adds the email marketing features you need like attractive email templates, automated opt-out and undeliverable management, mailing list management, automatic mail-merge personalization, email content management, as well as email response tracking and CAN-SPAM compliance--now all right within Outlook. With PoliteMail, you don't use Bcc's - so your email is more likely to reach the inbox. Whether you are sending to one, one hundred, or one thousand, you can personalize each individual message and the email goes out exactly as-if you had taken the time to send to each person, one at a time. Unlike online email services, your bulk and direct email may still be sent and received through your own authentic Exchange or POP mail server, improving your deliverability. If you ISP has send limitations, you can send your bulk mailings through a PoliteMail mail server.
With PolitMail, you can send from multiple email addresses -- any email address you can send from in Outlook. If you have multiple people within your company using PoliteMail, you can easily share mailing lists, contacts, email templates and response reports and metrics with the other PoliteMail users on your account.
