FollowUpExpert is a Windows application that works pretty much like the email program you use every day, whether it is Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Messenger, Eudora Mail or another email client.

A quick explanation if you are using web-based mail (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail etc.): email programs work pretty much the same way; the only difference is that they run outside your web browser as separate programs.

I think I can safely assume that you are using email in your business; otherwise you probably would not be reading this. Usually when a new message from a customer arrives into your inbox you want to write back as soon as possible to give the information the customer needs.

Later, you may put the customer’s email address on a special list to follow up a couple of days later, offering further help or to find out why he or she has not yet bought your truly amazing product or signed up for your services yet.

FollowUpXpert runs on your home or office PC. All you need is an ordinary email account and a connection to the Internet. It doesn't have to be a dedicated connection; a modem will suffice. You even have the possibilityt to schedule FollowUpXpert to dial-up the connection, download and send email and then hang up.
