If you manage group communications for project teams, business meetings, leagues, and other organizations, EasyExportMail can help you manage those messages efficiently. With EasyExportMail, you can group the replies and export the contents to one Excel spreadsheet while the duplicates are automatically removed. Within Excel, you can perform additional analysis and processing of the exported emails. The Date/Time Received, From Address, Alias, To Address, CC, Subject, Content information and Attachments are displayed in the spreadsheet. The need to manually cut and paste responses is eliminated.
