Desktop Emailer Professional is a mailing list management software that allows you to manage your contacts and send out personalized emails to an unlimited number of recipients.

When a person sees their own name in your email, it will grab their attention, ensuring that they will read your message. With Desktop Emailer Professional, you can use the mail merge feature and personalized up to 15 custom fields.

Desktop Emailer works with any SMTP/POP3 mail server on any platform/ISP). Whether you are connected through dialup, ISDN, DSL, or a permanent internet connection (LAN), all you need is access to an SMTP server and Desktop Emailer will go to work for you. In this latest version, you can even use the built-in SMTP server to send emails directly from your computer bypassing the external SMTP server requirement.

The multi-threading function allows you to create up to 50 connections simultaneously ensuring lighting fast delivery.

Other email marketing software programs have different pricing options for different version of their software (i.e. Home, Professional, Plus, etc.). Each limits the number of recipients you can manage. As a result, you'll end up paying hundreds of dollars if you want to manage larger lists. Unlike our competitors, our software allows you to send your message to an unlimited number of recipients for a one-time fee, saving you money.

Desktop Emailer includes a powerful built-in WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editor to help you with design and layout.

Importing contact data from existing databases couldn't be easier with its ability to translate to and from the most popular formats: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, CSV, and delimited text files.

Desktop Emailer also supports bounce emails checking, split marketing test, delivery logging, signature manager and more.

With a familiar user interface and full Help documentation, you can quickly start managing and emailing your contacts right away.

Requirements: Pentium II 400 or better, 128MB RAM, Microsoft Access, Excel, Internet Explorer
