Are you a Java developer? You can now integrate Excel workbooks into your Java applications using JExcel. This program will allow you to work with bit .xls and .xlsx file formats. You can perform all basic operations you could possibly need: create a new spreadsheet, edit, copy data from one worksheet to another, modify the properties (author, title and name), read an existing file, generate password protected files (or read them), printing capabilities, etc.
