GFI MailArchiver is an email manager for small businesses that need to maintain a history of emails sent and received over time. Keep a historical log of all email contact activities. Store email in one central location. Accessible by Outlook and other email packages. Any IMAP-capable device which includes Android and iPhone devices can access the mail server. Software can also integrate with GFI FaxMaker to enable searching of faxes received too. Keeping email is useful for corporate security and ensures an accurate record is kept of agreements made with clients, suppliers and other third parties. Occasionally email is also needed to defend against lawsuits, so maintaining a detailed record of all email activity is necessary.
