Colortypist is an interesting little tool for graphic artists and web developers who need quick access to the color spectrum without needing to look codes up. The tool is small and will let the user type in a color name, RGB triplets, integer values or a color code. It will then display this color within the application so that you can check what it looks like. A chosen color can be set as the background color on the Windows desktop. A selected color can be copied to the clipboard and then pasting into a line of code in a programming text editor. Color tests can be saved as HTML files for viewing in any web browser. The application is also portable.
