TedCo SpellQuizzer Spelling Software 1.3.3 Publisher's description
SpellQuizzer is spelling software for schools and the parents of elementary school students that help kids master their spelling words. The SpellQuizzer spelling software quizzes children on their weekly spelling words by playing their words for them through the PC's speakers or headphones. The student enters the words on the keyboard receiving corrections from the software when a word is not spelled correctly. Spelling lists are created by inputting the words for each list making a sound recording of each word. Guaranteed to help any student master their weekly spelling lists in time for their end of week test.
SpellQuizzer was developed by the father of two elementary school students who hated sitting down each night going over their spelling words with their mom or dad. It was tedious and time consuming for both the parents and the kids. The children were having difficulty with their weekly spelling tests and the father decided there was a better way. He developed SpellQuizzer to automate the process for quizzing the kids each day on the given week's spelling list. The kids found the software fun to use (much better than having to sit down with a parent who dictated the words and then checked them) and they were soon getting "A's" on their tests.
SpellQuizzer is ideal for spelling test preparation as well as vocabulary expansion and spelling bee preparation. SpellQuizzer ends the nightly spelling practice battles by making spelling practice easy and fun.
