"Track your football roster and line-ups."
This program is written to help coaches organize and plan rosters for youth football. It has a simple interface that allows you to browse through past games and line-ups. The roster is built up as you enter in names into line-ups. When you open the new roster window you see the full line-up for all four quarters of a football game. There are all the standard football slots including tailback, guard, tackle, defensive end, safety, etc. for each quarter. There is a tab for selecting the offense or defense set up. As kids are entered into the correct starter slot their name is added to the overall team roster. After a name is first entered, the player can then be selected by using the pull down menu. Before the football game the line-up can be printed so you have a hardcopy at the game. One nice thing about having all this information in the software is that it creates a nice history of the season. You can see who played what games and quarters and even what positions they played. You can also determine which rosters were the most successful against certain competition. Football Roster manager is freeware meaning that its free to download and use with no restrictions.
